Enrolment Information for Families
At Mini Miracles Family Day Care, we believe that each child is unique and deserves individualised attention to help them reach their full potential. Our team of caring professionals is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where children can learn, explore, and develop important social and academic skills.
To enrol with our service, contact our scheme via email or call us at a time that suits you. Once we have had an enquiry, we will relay your requirements with our educators that have an availability and will schedule a time for an interview. Some educators may have an opportunity to meet your needs immediately, while others may have a waiting list.
Once you have met the educator and happy with the services they provide, Mini Miracles Family Day Care will provide you with administration forms, including an enrolment form. Should you need any assistance with the enrolment process, please reach out to our friendly staff.
Prior to commencing at our Service, you will be required to complete all the relevant enrolment documentation.
Please understand that this is essential as we are required to maintain up-to-date information in case of an emergency. It is essential that you notify the Nominated Supervisor or Educator of any changes to the enrolment information including:
- Address
- Health / Medical conditions
- Telephone / Mobile phone
- Contact details
- Family changes
- Emergency contact information details
- Changes to authorised individuals
It is important that we maintain copies of your child’s birth certificate and immunisation status. We are also required to have certified copies of any court orders relating to your child/children.
Enrolment forms must be completed at least 1 week prior to commencement with the educator. To avoid delays, please review and confirm your enrolment via myGov website. Once the enrolment is confirmed, your child will be ready to start their big adventure, with the care and support of their new educator.
